One of the meals that had prepared us the Visiting Denmark was Nørrebro Bryghus Brewery Restaurant. The small beers Nørrebro factory founded in 2003, consists of the area where 8 different types of beer, a restaurant at the top and a bar are produced beer in the basement.
It specialty is a menu of pairing of Danish food with the beers produced in his factory micro. And being my first experience in pairings of beers the result was spectacular and not only in the quality of the food and beer but also our mood and desire of revelry.
The Nørrebro brewery aims to create a menu of Nordic inspiration with Danish products combined with a good beer either that the beer is one of its main ingredients. Even some beer to take with the dish of dessert which was based on various Danish cheeses. Another objective of this brewery in the North of Copenhagen is to produce cervezar which pollute as little as possible.
He was one of the restaurants that I was more surprised by the quality of the food and beers and also returned to taste the delicious menu.
