Restaurant Noma

Returning to El Bulli, nominated as the best restaurant in the world five years, where Ferran Adrià decided that he would close his restaurant to convert it into a Foundation, the Association that designs the rankings of the best restaurants, decided to get the title of best restaurant in the world at El Bulli, and appointing as successor to the restaurant Noma in Copenhagen.

The restaurant chef René Redzepi Noma, with two Michelin stars, is located in an old building in the District of Christianshavn which served as a warehouse for vessels that went to the Danish Islands. Its name comes from the Association of the concepts (Norse) Nordisk and Mad (food) and intends to present a reinterpretation of the Nordic cuisine.

In our blogtrip # CPH11, call to eat in the Noma, although I suppose that the budget and the possibility of booking for many people was not manageable. However, that I could see outside and although he not appeared to be the best restaurant in the world far, appearances are often deceptive.
