If you’re thinking about a trip to Denmark and do not know anything about the culinary tastes of this northern European country, we give you some clues so you will not feel lost when you go into a local bar.

The truth is that Danish food is not very wide, in fact, pork is the staple of your kitchen. It is therefore not surprising that the menus always include as a main dish casseroles, sausages and steaks, often accompanied by beets, potatoes and pickles. However, the fish is also part of the diet of the Danish and in any restaurant you can find the famous herring cooked curry or dill, smoked salmon and breaded fish.
