Things to Do

Update: September 17th, 2009

What will you do in Denmark?

Cycling
In a country without mountains sport cycling is key. One in two Danes used the bike as a means of transport. The bike rental in Copenhagen is free (it works as shopping carts, leaving a deposit of 20 kroner to recover after the ride). Throughout the country runs the “daisy route, a green route 3,500 miles, across landscapes and over 200 sights and attractions. Simply follow the signs painted with daisies. It can be done on foot, bike or car.

Sailing and fishing
All Danish coast ports have good anchoring and mooring. Rented boats anywhere for at least a week. For fishing license is required to be removed at the time and costs around 25 crowns for a week for example. At sea fishing salmon, turbot and mackerel, and eels in the rivers, trout and carp.

Golf
It is a very popular sport, Denmark has 125 fields. The prices are affordable and even free, as long as one has a card member of a club recognized by any country.
